RETURNS
Merchandise can be returned within seven (7) days for a refund or store credit of the sale price, excluding shipping and handling. Items purchased marked down or on sale may not be returned. We do not refund shipping charges on returns. Product(s) must contain original receipt. We do not offer a refund at this time of products after 7 days. Prior notification must be received before any item is returned info@pilgrimdesigns.com. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be unused and in original condition.

Each Pilgrim bag is handcrafted for the client after an order is placed. Please expect delivery within 5-13 days after you have placed your order.
